About Yellow Dove Australia
Yellow Dove Australia was founded by Ryan Chapman in 2023 as a community-driven charity dedicated to empowering local individuals to become agents of positive change within their own communities. As a registered charitable organisation, Yellow Dove delivers education, health, wellbeing and humanitarian aid initiatives, guided by four core pillars: Education, Health, Wellbeing, and Sustainability.
Our primary focus is on serving underserved and marginalised communities through sustainable, community-led approaches across Australia and internationally, including Timor-Leste. Through humanitarian aid and efforts, we respond to immediate community needs while building long-term capacity, resilience, and independence. Our programs are designed in partnership with local communities and organisations to ensure culturally responsive, ethical, and impactful outcomes.
With experience spanning in health, education, sustainability, humanitarian response, and project management, Yellow Dove Australia adopts a holistic approach to strengthening communities. By integrating emergency support with skill development and long-term pathways, we aim to create meaningful change that is community-owned and enduring while being sustainable and ethical.
Through our commitment to humanitarian action, empowerment, and social equity, Yellow Dove Australia remains steadfast in its mission to uplift communities and create lasting, meaningful impact, locally and globally.
